The State Security Service (SSS) of Georgia has launched an investigation into the nationwide power outages that occurred on July 24 and 25.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated by the SSS.
According to the information, the investigation is being conducted under the article of sabotage. This article provides for damaging or destroying state enterprises or other important facilities with the intent to disrupt their normal operation or to pose a threat to the state interests of Georgia.
The SSS emphasized that it will gradually inform the public about the progress of the investigation.
