The interview stage of the competition for the recruitment of directors will start on July 22.

Initially, the interviews will be conducted by city and regional education departments for institutions with up to 500 students.
Candidates will be invited to the interview stage in accordance with the competition rules, based on a sequence, until a suitable candidate is identified.
Candidates will be evaluated by commission members based on 7 criteria: leadership and strategic management, pedagogical and teaching, management and organization, communication and connection, problem-solving and decision-making, digital and technological, and social and emotional skills.
