Changes have been made to the “Rules for providing services to minors in specialized social rehabilitation institutions for minors”.
elchi reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision regarding this.
With this decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the process of admission and service of citizens in social rehabilitation institutions is placed within a more precise legal framework. Thus, not only the “admission” of citizens to the institutions, but also the rules for their departure from the institution and the provision of social services to them are being formalized.
The general term “admission” in the rules is being replaced with the more precise word “placement”.
Sanitary and hygienic standards apply not only to the placement of individuals but directly to the provision of services to them.
