In particular, compared to the first half of 2025, in the first half of 2026, recorded crimes of evasion of military service decreased by 21.2 percent, negligence in service by 9.1 percent, violation of rules for handling weapons and items posing a high danger to others by 50 percent, theft or extortion of firearms, ammunition, explosives, and devices by 75 percent, violation of traffic and vehicle operation rules by 16.7 percent, hooliganism by 71.4 percent, and bribery and corruption crimes by 42.3 percent.
