Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev met with Lithuanian Ambassador Kestutis Vaškelevičius.

According to the diplomat, the parties discussed bilateral relations between the countries, regional and European security, as well as Lithuania’s upcoming presidency of the European Union.
“We are striving to strengthen Lithuania-Azerbaijan cooperation,” the ambassador noted.
