President of Slovakia gets acquainted with “Sea Breeze”

On July 15, President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini visited the “Sea Breeze” recreation center located on the coast of the Caspian Sea.

“Elchi” reports that Emin Agalarov, the founder of “Sea Breeze”, informed the head of the Slovak state about the projects implemented in the resort area and those planned for the future.

Currently covering an area of 500 hectares, “Sea Breeze” has seen the implementation and commissioning of more than 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate projects to date. Over the past period, more than 500 real estate properties have been built in the complex. The area is already home to 20,000 residents, and by 2028, this number is expected to exceed 50,000. Once the entire project is fully completed, it is intended to accommodate 500,000 residents.

More than 150 hectares of land have already been allocated for recreation zones, parks, and beaches. Necessary infrastructure has been established in the resort city to create comfortable conditions for residents and guests, as well as to organize their leisure time effectively, including the construction of a school, a kindergarten, and a hospital. As part of the landscaping work, approximately 10 million plants and trees have been planted, resulting in the total area of green spaces reaching 300 hectares.

Located just 30 minutes from the center of Baku and bringing together numerous real estate properties of various formats, “Sea Breeze” is considered a unique project on a global scale.
