The US Armed Forces have struck a facility in Iran’s Bandar Abbas port that provides technical maintenance for submarines and ships.
elchi reports that the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced this on the “X” social network.
It was reported that the strike was carried out last night using several “Corsair” surface unmanned aerial vehicles.
CENTCOM noted that this is the first time US military personnel have used maritime unmanned aerial vehicles in combat operations.
The command also stated that the strikes have reduced Iran’s ability to continue attacks on commercial shipping.
