As a result of heavy rainfall, the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ “112” hotline received reports that the yards of some private residential houses and other areas in several settlements of Zaqatala, Balakan, and Agstafa districts were flooded.
This was reported to elchi by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In this regard, the relevant forces of the MES North-West Regional Center, Civil Defense Troops, and the State Fire Protection Service were immediately dispatched to the areas to take necessary measures.
Currently, the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are continuing the work of pumping out water from the flooded areas and taking other necessary safety measures.
