The possibility of establishing a voluntary payment fund for the Strait of Hormuz exists.
“Elchi” reports, citing Iranian media, that the Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Arsenio Dominguez, stated this.
“Negotiations have been held with the Omani authorities regarding the management of the Strait of Hormuz,” he noted.
According to A. Dominguez, the negotiations concerning Hormuz are being conducted with the aim of finding solutions to the post-war crisis between the US and Iran.
