Over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ “112” hotline received calls regarding people locked behind closed doors in Baku, leading to 4 rescue operations carried out by the Ministry’s relevant rescue forces.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry, as a result of the measures taken, 1 person was rescued, 1 person was provided with appropriate assistance, and the bodies of 2 people were handed over to the relevant authorities.
