The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) under the Department of Energy has updated its forecast for the average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan for 2026-2027.
According to elchi, citing the EIA’s monthly report, the average daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in the country in 2027 will be at the level of 520,000 barrels, which is 20,000 barrels less than the previous forecast.
According to the EIA’s estimates, the daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in the country in 2026 will amount to 550,000 barrels (previous forecast – 540,000 barrels).
According to the report, the mentioned indicator in Azerbaijan amounted to 570,000 barrels in 2025. In 2024, the daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan was 600,000 barrels.
