At the same time, 998.4 million manats of the funds were directed to the financing of enterprises and events, 648.8 million manats to higher education expenses, and 449.8 million manats to pre-school education.
100.8 million manats of the funds were spent on financing secondary specialized education, 89 million manats on vocational education, 18.9 million manats on additional education, and 6.9 million manats on applied research in the field of education.
