US President Donald Trump has claimed that his decision to launch military operations against Iran saved Israel from potential destruction.
elchi reports that in an interview with the “New York Post” newspaper, Trump said, “If it weren’t for me, Israel would no longer exist.”
He added that the decision to launch military operations against Iran was made solely by him. Trump rejected claims that Israel had dragged the US into the conflict.
“I started it. And I started it because we cannot allow them (Iran) to have nuclear weapons,” Trump stated.
