President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on making amendments to the “Limit of the number of military personnel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and employees hired into the system of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, maintained at the expense of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by Decree No. 725 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2016, and the “Rules for regulating the monetary allowance of some military personnel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by Decree No. 1764 dated July 26, 2022.
“Elchi” presents the text of the decree:
1. Approve the amendment to the “Limit of the number of military personnel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan and employees hired into the system of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, maintained at the expense of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 725 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2016 (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2016, No. 1, Article 47 (Volume I)) (attached).
2. Approve the amendment to the “Rules for regulating the monetary allowance of some military personnel of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 1764 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 26, 2022 (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2023, No. 3, Article 366 (Volume I)) (attached).
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Decree.
