A driver who intentionally disobeyed the lawful demands of police officers was detained in the Binagadi district of the capital.
According to elchi, it was determined that the wanted individual, Israfil Aliyev, was driving a Hyundai vehicle with the state registration plate 99-QP-750, belonging to his father, while under the influence of narcotics.
The materials collected regarding the driver have been sent to the court for review.
By court decision, Israfil Aliyev was found guilty of illegal consumption of narcotic substances and intentional disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers, and was sentenced to 30 days of administrative detention.
