On May 30, the Boolood team held its second event of the season near the fortress walls of Icherisheher, around the Double Gates (Qoşa Qala Qapısı), one of Baku’s most iconic historical landmarks. The event took place with the support of Bakcell, Azerbaijan’s innovation leader.
Thus, Baku residents and city guests had a unique opportunity — to feel the history of centuries while walking through the narrow streets of Icherisheher during the day, and to join the dynamic atmosphere of modern Baku in the evening.
The headliners of the night were renowned artists from the international scene. JUNO, one of the rising stars of the Afro House and Melodic House genres, performed with deep rhythms and emotional melodies. The event also featured LUCH, one of the well-known producers in the melodic house and indie dance scene. His music is supported by world-famous artists such as Keinemusik, Black Coffee, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and Adriatique.
Throughout the night, one of Azerbaijan’s well-known DJs, Ronfoller, also performed, providing participants with an unforgettable musical experience.
Although this venue was smaller compared to the previous event held on May 16, approximately 8,000 people attended. Due to the high interest, the organizers closed registration for the free GA zone one week before the event.
The Boolood team has already announced its next project. The event, which will be held at the Central Botanical Garden, is expected to become one of the biggest and most discussed events of this summer.
