The date and agenda of the first meeting within the framework of the extraordinary session of the Milli Majlis have been announced.
“Elchi” reports that the agenda for the meeting to be held on June 5 includes the following issues:
1. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Diplomatic Service” (third reading).
2. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to some laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 150-VIIQD dated March 7, 2025, “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On Combating Corruption'”.
3. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service” (first reading).
4. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Code of Execution of Punishments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Enforcement” (first reading).
5. Draft Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (first reading).
