In order to increase citizen satisfaction, ensure accessibility to justice authorities, and address the appeals of citizens living in the regions promptly and on-site, the Ministry of Justice regularly organizes video receptions.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Justice.
It was stated that during the month of May, organized by the Ministry’s Document Circulation and Citizen Appeals Department and regional justice departments, the leadership of the Ministry’s Main Department for Work with Municipalities, Main Department of Notary, Registration and Registry, Enforcement Service, Human Resources Department, and the Forensic Examination Center held video receptions together with the regional justice departments of Barda, Ganja, Goychay, Imishli, Lankaran, Sheki, Shamkir, Sumgayit, Shirvan, and Khachmaz for residents of the districts falling under their jurisdiction.
During the video receptions, the appeals of 63 citizens regarding the Ministry’s areas of activity were heard, the requirements of the legislation were explained to the citizens in detail, and the appeals submitted during the receptions were taken under control for necessary measures to be taken.
Citizens living in the regions can sign up for video receptions by sending an email to qebul@justice.gov.az or by contacting the Ministry’s regional justice departments.
