The Cabinet of Ministers has issued a decision on “Regulation of a number of issues related to the protection of the health of employees of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
According to the news from elchi, based on the decision, the provision of medical services to employees of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including retired employees) and their family members, including disease prevention, primary health care, emergency and urgent medical care, outpatient-polyclinic and inpatient medical care, as well as their medical rehabilitation and health improvement, will be carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Ministry of Finance must ensure that the relevant funds related to the implementation of this Decision are provided for in the composition of the maintenance expenses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan annually during the preparation of the draft state budget for the next year, based on the proposals of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan agreed with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and must resolve other issues arising from this Decision.
This Decision enters into force on January 1, 2027.
