A meeting was held in Baku between Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar and the US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources Geoffrey Pyatt, where the parties evaluated new cooperation opportunities between the two countries.
“Elchi” reports that A. Bayraktar shared information about this on his “X” social media account.
“During the meeting, strategic perspectives aimed at the energy supply security of Turkey and the region were discussed, and new cooperation opportunities and potential prospects between the two countries were evaluated,” Bayraktar wrote.
It should be noted that the meeting took place within the framework of the 31st International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition, the 14th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition “Caspian Power”, and the 31st “Baku Energy Forum”.
