Residents of Ganja, Samux, and Kalbajar can participate in the reception.
It was stated that residents of the mentioned cities and regions can register for the reception by calling the Ministry of Science and Education’s Call Center at 146 – 11 (only during working days and hours) until June 8 (by 18:00). In addition, it is possible to send an application in electronic form to the https://edu.gov.az/az/contact_us section of the ministry’s official website or via WhatsApp to the number +994 51 206 78 48.
Note that registration is mandatory for participation in the reception.
