The Sumgayit Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a drill on the topic of “Organization of fire and rescue operations during accidents in railway transport”.
elchi reports with reference to the MES that the main purpose of the drill was to increase the knowledge and skills of rescuers in rescuing victims during accidents that may occur in railway transport, as well as to strengthen the effective management skills of rescue team commanders during an incident and to further improve activities in the field of firefighting.
During the drill, the rescuers rescued “victims” during a simulated accident in railway transport and provided them with “first aid”, and the “fire” that occurred was also “extinguished in a short time”.
At the end of the successfully conducted drill, the results obtained were discussed and relevant tasks were assigned.
