An event titled “Museums are our yesterday and our tomorrow”, dedicated to International Museum Day, was held at the Military History Museum of Azerbaijan.

Representatives of the Joint Trade Union Committee of the Ministry of Defense and the creative team of the Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov participated in the event.
First, the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland was commemorated with a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
The speakers stated that museums serve as a bridge between generations and the best guides, playing an important role in the preservation and exhibition of our national memory, our heroic past, and valuable exhibits related to our military history.
Then, a short documentary film dedicated to International Museum Day was shown to the event participants.
In the end, musical numbers celebrating patriotism were presented.
