President Ilham Aliyev has approved the law on amendments to the Law “On Road Traffic”.
elchi reports that, according to the updated law, from now on, in cases where the person who committed administrative offenses provided for in Articles 346.1, 346.2, 346.4–346.9, 346-1.1–346-1.4, and 346-1.6–346-1.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses is not present with the vehicle, a copy of the decision on the administrative offense drawn up will not be placed on the windshield of the vehicle.
