A meeting was held in Baku between Azerbaijan and Turkey to develop capabilities in the field of protection against weapons of mass destruction and to monitor global events in this area.

It was stated at the meeting that mutual visits, taking into account global and regional development trends, make a significant contribution to the continuous analysis of activities in the field of radiation, chemical, and biological protection, and to maintaining the potential of our armies at the highest level.
The parties also discussed the current state of work being done in military, military-technical, and other fields, and held an extensive exchange of views on topics of mutual interest.
