elchi reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code, which was discussed at today’s plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, the monthly taxable income from employment of parents, widows (widowers), and children of deminers who died or lost their lives due to injuries sustained as a result of an accident involving the detonation of explosive ordnance during mine clearance activities will be reduced by 400 manats.
Following the discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
