A criminal case has been initiated by the Absheron District Prosecutor’s Office under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code regarding the intentional murder of Perishan Suleymanova (born 1987) and Nurana Isgandarli (born 1996) in the Masazir settlement of the Absheron district, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
According to “Elchi”, the suspect in the crime, 29-year-old previously convicted Vusal Isgandarli, was detained in the Goranboy district as a result of measures taken by police officers and handed over to the investigation.
Recall that the incident occurred on April 11. In the Masazir settlement, P. Suleymanova and N. Isgandarli were injured with a sharp-cutting object and died at the scene from their injuries.
A criminal case regarding the incident has been initiated.
