Windy and rainy weather conditions are being observed in some parts of Azerbaijan.
“Elchi” reports that this was noted in the information provided by the National Hydrometeorological Service as of 16:00 on April 9.
Thus, intermittent rain is falling in Sabirabad, Kurdamir, Gobustan, and Neftchala, while snow is falling in Dashkasan, Gakh (Saribash), and Shahdag.
Currently, a north-west wind is blowing in a number of areas, with the maximum wind speed occasionally reaching 23 m/s in Goranboy, 22 m/s in Aghdam, Tartar, and Naftalan, 20 m/s in Barda, Guba (Khinalig), and Shahdag, and 16 m/s in Mingachevir.
Fog is observed in Sheki, Shamakhi, Dashkasan, Goygol, and Lerik. Visibility is limited to 500 m.
