Amendments are being made to the legislation regarding the use of service cars by officials.
elchi reports that this is reflected in the new draft law “On Conflict of Interest”, which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis’s Committee on Legal Policy and State Building and the Committee on Defense, Security, and Anti-Corruption.
According to the draft law, officials are prohibited from using state and municipal property, including financial resources, communication and computer systems, vehicles, and other material and technical equipment, for their personal interests and for purposes unrelated to the performance of their official duties.
