A training on “Rescue of victims trapped under debris” was held in Salyan city, organized by the Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), on the territory of a currently non-operational production facility.
elchi reports that forces from the MES Mughan Regional Center and the Salyan District Emergency Medical Aid Station, subordinate to TABIB, were involved in the training.
It is noted that the goal was to further improve the search and rescue skills of rescuers during possible emergencies on the territory of such facilities.
During the training, “victims who remained in a helpless state” as a result of a simulated emergency were “rescued” using special equipment and provided with “first aid”.
After the successfully conducted training, the results achieved were discussed, and relevant instructions were given.
