According to the information, as of 11:00 on October 3, rainy and windy weather conditions are observed in most parts of the country, with intermittent heavy downpours and lightning.
Snow is falling in Griz, Khinalig, Gusar, and Shahdag.
In Baku and the Absheron peninsula, 31 mm of precipitation was recorded, which constitutes 110% of the monthly norm.

Gabala 72 (57% of the monthly norm), Lankaran 56 (22% of the monthly norm), Saribash (Gakh) 50 (41% of the monthly norm), Oghuz 41 (41% of the monthly norm), Khaltan 37 (76% of the monthly norm), Kishchay (Sheki) 36 (41% of the monthly norm), Shahdag 33 (52% of the monthly norm), Astara 29, Gusar 28 (44% of the monthly norm), Khinalig 27 (42% of the monthly norm), Zagatala 27 (27% of the monthly norm), Sabirabad 25 (61% of the monthly norm), Khizi 25 (44% of the monthly norm), Griz 22 (45% of the monthly norm), Balaken 19, Yardimli and Goychay 14, Gobustan 12, Ismayilli 11, Shamakhi and Guba 10 mm, and 1-8 mm in other regions.
Northwest wind is blowing in some places. The maximum wind speed is strengthening up to 23 m/s in Neftchala, 22 m/s in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, and 20 m/s in Shahdag.
