From October 1, the educational process for children has begun in selected private preschool educational institutions within the framework of a new financing model based on parent-state-private cooperation in the field of preschool education.

Within the framework of the new financing model, applied with the aim of increasing the accessibility of preschool education in the 2026-2027 academic year, involving more children in preschool education, and creating additional choice opportunities for parents, 124 private preschool educational institutions have been selected through a competition.
According to the new mechanism, a certain part of the tuition fees of children admitted to the selected private preschool educational institutions is financed by the state.
