According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the National Hydrometeorological Service, rainy weather conditions are being observed across the country, with lightning, and in some places, the precipitation is torrential in nature.
It was reported that up to 1 mm of precipitation was recorded in Tovuz and Shahbuz (8 mm), Gadabay (5 mm), Saribash (Gakh) and Balakan (4 mm), Zagatala and Kurdamir (3 mm), Dashkasan, Ganja, Aghstafa, Shaki, Shahdag, and Lankaran (2 mm), as well as in Nakhchivan, Sharur, Julfa, Ordubad, Sadarak, Astara, Sabirabad, Shamkir, Gobustan, Ismayilli, Gabala, Gusar, Bilasuvar, Lerik, Kalbajar, Lachin, Shusha, Khankendi, and simultaneously in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
