In January-August of this year, Azerbaijan exported gold worth 271.2 million US dollars to foreign markets.
“Elchi” reports, citing the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, that this figure is 28.7% higher compared to the same period in 2025.
In August alone, 36.8 million dollars worth of gold was exported from Azerbaijan. This is 1.08% less than the figure for July.
