The Head of Sumgayit City Executive Power, Zakir Farajov, held another mobile reception-meeting with residents in the city’s 11th microdistrict.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Sumgayit City Executive Power, the meeting was attended by responsible employees of the Executive Power, heads and representatives of the city’s utility and economic services, as well as other relevant agencies.
During the reception, residents voiced requests regarding the strengthening of social protection, improvement of housing and living conditions, employment, as well as other social and utility issues. A significant portion of the raised issues was resolved on the spot.
Zakir Farajov, Head of the Sumgayit City Executive Power, listened carefully to the residents’ requests and suggestions and gave relevant instructions to the heads of the appropriate agencies to investigate each of the raised issues within the framework of legislative requirements and existing possibilities. Measures were determined for the prompt, on-site resolution of a number of issues.
During the meeting, it was stated that a sensitive and responsible approach to citizens’ requests, timely investigation of issues concerning residents, and ensuring their resolution within the scope of possibilities are among the main directions of the city administration’s activities. In this regard, mobile reception-meetings allow for direct communication with citizens, on-site study of existing problems, and more flexible coordination of the activities of relevant services.
Zakir Farajov emphasized that the work carried out in various areas of the city to improve the daily living conditions of residents, resolve utility and social issues, and improve landscaping and infrastructure will continue consistently.
It should be noted that the mobile reception-meetings regularly organized by the Sumgayit City Executive Power in various microdistricts and neighborhoods of the city serve to study the population’s requests directly on the spot, strengthen effective communication between citizens and state agencies, and increase the promptness of resolving raised issues.
