At least three people have died as a result of a news helicopter crash in Los Angeles, USA.
“Elchi” reports that footage from the scene shows two shipping containers and several vehicles on fire. Firefighting crews have reported that the fire has been extinguished.
It is not yet known who was piloting the helicopter, but according to local media, the helicopter was flying near the area where a fatal bus accident had occurred.
The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that the crashed helicopter did not belong to them.
The incident occurred shortly before 7:00 PM local time on Tuesday at the intersection of Lurline Avenue and Nordhoff Street.
The National Transportation Safety Board will conduct an investigation into the incident.
