The Aran Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held a training on the topic of “Rescue of citizens in a helpless situation” in accordance with the 2026 preparation plan.
This was reported to elchi by the ministry.
It was stated that the training was held on the territory of the Yevlakh Reinforced Concrete Products Plant owned by “AS istehsal” LLC, operating in the Yevlakh district.
The purpose of the training was to further improve the search and rescue skills of rescuers in case of possible emergencies in the territory of such enterprises.
During the training, “victims” who were in a simulated helpless situation in a production well located on the factory grounds were “rescued” using special equipment and provided with “first aid”.
Relevant forces of the MES Aran Regional Center and the Yevlakh District Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Station under TABIB were involved in the training.
At the end of the successful training, the results obtained were discussed and relevant tasks were assigned.
