European Union countries have approved an exemption allowing Ukraine to purchase missiles for Patriot air defense systems using funds allocated from the EU’s 90 billion euro financing program.
“Elchi” reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated this.
“I welcome the agreement of member states on a rule exemption that will enable Ukraine to purchase components for Patriot air defense systems,” he wrote on the “X” social network.
