Former hostage Dilgam Asgarov has applied to the court to disown his son.
“Elchi” reports that Dilgam Asgarov stated this in an interview with “Protest” TV.
He said that he submitted his application regarding his eldest son, Kurdoglu Asgarov, to the Shamkir District Court today. The application was filed on behalf of the entire family.
His sisters and other brother also signed the application, confirming that they have disowned Kurdoglu Asgarov.
Dilgam Asgarov stated that while he was in captivity, Kurdoglu Asgarov caused serious financial damage to the family, sold his car, and is now trying to seize other assets.
According to Dilgam Asgarov, Kurdoglu Asgarov has recently been busy spreading baseless accusations against him on social media. He called his son an “ungrateful child”.
