The 31st National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship has successfully concluded in Baku.
elchi reports that on the final day of the competition, held from August 4-6 at the Baku Olympic Sports Complex, final performances were held in the individual program for juniors (born in 2013) and youth (born in 2011–2012) using hoops, balls, clubs, and ribbons.
Based on the results of the final stage, the winners and medalists were determined.
Among the juniors, Amina Novruzova (BGM) won gold medals in the hoop and ball exercises. In the clubs and ribbon events, Gulluzar Sharifova (OCAQ) climbed to the highest step of the podium.
In the youth competition, Nur Sadiqova (RKIM) became one of the most successful gymnasts of the championship, winning gold medals in the hoop, ball, and clubs events. In the ribbon program, Leyla Nemakina (OCAQ) secured the gold medal.
During the three-day national championship, gymnasts demonstrated their skills in individual all-around and individual apparatus events. On the final day, the strongest athletes competed for medals, bringing the competition to a close.
In the end, the winners were awarded diplomas and medals. The championship was considered an important stage for evaluating the preparation level of young gymnasts and preparing for upcoming international competitions.
