It is emphasized that this water is extracted from a mountain peak at an altitude of 2450 meters in Gadabay through 18 kilometers of special pipes and is bottled by “Dashli Bulaq – A” LLC. However, behind this brand, advertised with a thousand praises, lies a terrible story of deception, misappropriation, and violation of partnership rights.
How was the businessman who started the production pushed out of the game?
The facts presented by businessman Elkhan Gambarov, who applied to Tendensiya.com, shed light on the dark sides of the matter. It turns out that even before the pandemic, an agreement was reached between the businessman and Professor Abdulla Abdullayev, who is known as the actual owner of the water. It was Elkhan Gambarov who invested the initial capital required for the production of the water. He realized all the steps at his own expense, from obtaining hygienic certificates to official permits from state agencies.
However, after the work was fully prepared, Abdulla Abdullayev showed his true “face.” Taking advantage of his partner’s hard work and the money spent, the professor pushed him out of the process. In return, he promised to pay only 20,000 manats for the investment spent.
Blacklisted calls and the “Land of Fire” fairy tale
However, this promise turned out to be just another trick. Elkhan Gambarov states that Abdulla Abdullayev not only failed to pay the 20,000 manats but, on the contrary, began to invent a thousand excuses to avoid paying the money.
This “professor,” who once portrayed himself as the owner of the Odlar Yurdu University and even created a manipulation by inventing a fairy tale that the educational institution was taken away by the Pashayevs, eventually burned all bridges. A. Abdullayev, who blocked Elkhan Gambarov’s phone numbers, refused to answer calls. The victimized businessman’s repeated visits to the factory in Gadabay and Abdullayev’s house were also in vain.
Where do Tahir Gozal and “Azersun” stand in this process?
The most disgraceful point is related to the role of “Azersun Holding,” one of the country’s largest business networks, in this dirty game. The complainant clearly states that there is only one reason for Abdulla Abdullayev to be this confident and to sit on a business built with someone else’s money: the open protection of the “Azersun” management.
In particular, the name of Tahir Gozal, the head of “Azersun Holding,” is directly mentioned in this scandal. By partnering with a person who carries the title of “professor” but does not hesitate to deceive a partner, the holding management earns illicit money from the products of a factory built at the expense of someone else’s investment.
Tahir Gozal, who portrays himself as a symbol of honest business, and his holding must answer these questions:
– What business ethics does it fit to sign a contract and become a partner with a person who misappropriated someone else’s 20,000 manats and deceived his partner?
– Is the money earned from this water, which was brought to the market by trampling on someone else’s rights and labor, not illicit?
– In exchange for what interests has Tahir Gozal taken this person under his umbrella?
“Dashli Bulaq,” which was created at the expense of another investor’s funds, labor, and documented permits, is today the sigh of a deceived businessman and a source of illicit profit for “Azersun.” Elkhan Gambarov states that he will continue his fight against this arbitrariness until the money he is entitled to is paid.
