The Education Student Loan Fund has announced that applications for the 2026-2027 academic year autumn semester will be open via the e-ttkf.edu.az portal starting from August 3, 2026.

It was stated that students admitted to the master’s level of higher education based on the results of the 2026-2027 academic year admission competition held by the State Examination Center (applications for newly admitted undergraduate students will open after the major selection process is completed), as well as students studying in the 2nd and higher years of higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions, can apply for social or standard education student loans by accessing the e-ttkf.edu.az portal starting from the specified date.
At the same time, students admitted to the master’s level will be able to apply for an education student loan via the e-ttkf.edu.az portal in parallel while carrying out the student registration process through portal.edu.az.
According to the rules, the following minimum admission scores have been set to benefit from a standard education student loan for the first semester of the first academic year:
– Sub-bachelor – 110 points, 40 points for majors requiring special aptitude;
– Undergraduate level – 250 points, 100 points for majors requiring special aptitude;
– Master’s level – 50 points, 30 points for majors requiring special aptitude;
– For those admitted to higher education institutions based on SAT results – minimum 1200 points;
– For technical vocational and higher technical vocational education levels – the arithmetic mean of final grades in relevant subjects in the certificate must be at least 3.
It should be noted that minimum admission scores are applied only to standard education student loans. There is no minimum admission score requirement for social education student loans.
At the same time, students newly admitted to the undergraduate and sub-bachelor levels for the 2026-2027 academic year will be able to submit their applications for an education student loan via the e-ttkf.edu.az portal in parallel during the registration at the educational institution after completing the major selection.
