The National Union of Students of France (Unef) has called for protests in the country on November 3 and 5.
elchi reports that this was stated in a statement by Unef on the social network “X”.
“The government doesn’t want to listen to us? November 3 is a black day for universities: come to a general assembly and block your higher education institution. November 5 – we are taking to the streets en masse,” it said.
The protest movement in France began in September with the actions of students dissatisfied with the shortage of teachers and the excessively tense class schedule. Student organizations also demand the reform of the university admission system, an increase in places in state higher education institutions, and an increase in scholarships.
