The “Zulfugar – 2026” joint tactical exercise, held in Jordan with the participation of special forces units from Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Turkey, and the host country, has concluded.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Defense, Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan also attended the “High-Level Observer Day” of the exercise.
The main purpose of the joint tactical exercise was to strengthen interoperability between the special forces units of the participating countries, improve professional knowledge and skills, and expand the exchange of experience.
Major General Alakbar Jahangirov, Commander of the Special Forces of Azerbaijan, who observed the final stage of the event together with the exercise leadership, highly appreciated the professionalism and level of training of our special forces.
