Changes have been made to the “Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, rates of import customs duties and rates of export customs duties”.
elchi reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decision regarding this matter.
It was stated that a new section titled “Group 99 – Goods intended for special purposes” has been added to the country’s commodity nomenclature and the rates of import and export customs duties.
The new regulation will enter into force 30 days after the day of its official publication.
