The amount of precipitation was 38 mm in Shaki (63% of the monthly norm), 34 mm in Mingachevir (171% of the monthly norm), 24 mm in Zagatala (31% of the monthly norm), 18 mm in Goranboy (77% of the monthly norm), 13 mm in Gryz and Guba (44% of the monthly norm), 12 mm in Gusar (40% of the monthly norm), 10 mm in Gabala, 7 mm in Aghstafa and Gadabay, 6 mm in Khachmaz, Ganja, and Qakh (Saribash), 5 mm in Oghuz, 4 mm in Khaltan, 3 mm in Dashkasan, 2 mm in Tovuz, Shabran, Goygol, and Yevlakh, and 1 mm in Naftalan, Shamkir, Balakan, Shamakhi, Khizi, Barda, Kurdamir, Shahbuz, Lachin, Gubadli, Shusha, and Khankendi.
On July 19, hail with a diameter of 8-12 mm fell in the Istisu settlement of the Kalbajar district between 21:03 and 21:07.
In some places, a north-west wind is blowing, with the maximum wind speed reaching 21 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Mingachevir, and 20 m/s in Neftchala, Zagatala, and Shaki.
