The Prosecutor General’s Office has responded to the company head’s allegations.

According to the information received by elchi from the Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, it was stated that recently, citizen Agasaf Ismayilov has been spreading untrue information in various media outlets and social networks regarding the alleged lack of objective investigation into his appeals concerning his entrepreneurial activities and other issues:

“In this regard, we inform you that based on the appeals of Agasaf Islam oglu Ismayilov, co-founder of the limited liability company “Magna Trans”, which carries out passenger transportation services, regarding the sale of the company’s assets by other founders without his knowledge and the misappropriation of the obtained funds, a criminal case was initiated regarding the activities of “Magna Trans” LLC, and a comprehensive and objective preliminary investigation was conducted.

During the investigations, as well as by the decisions of courts of various instances, it was determined that the disputes arising between the parties belonged to civil-commercial relations stemming from entrepreneurial activities among the founders of the legal entity. No violations of the law were detected during the tax audit appointed within the framework of the criminal case.

Since no criminal event was established based on the totality of the collected evidence, the proceedings on the criminal case were terminated in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Also, during the investigation conducted on Agasaf Ismayilov’s appeal regarding the theft of buses, the criminal case initiation was rejected as the allegations were not confirmed.

Despite this, Agasaf Ismayilov has continued to repeat the same allegations on various platforms.

The Prosecutor General’s Office states that the aforementioned information spread by citizen Agasaf Ismayilov does not reflect the truth and calls on media outlets and social network users to refer only to official sources and to refrain from spreading unverified information.”
