It was stated that in accordance with the yellow warning, a north-west wind will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, and an east wind will blow in Quba, Qusar, Shabran, Siyazan, Khizi, Khachmaz, Hajigabul, Neftchala, Salyan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Lerik, Yardimli, Gazakh, Aghstafa, Shamkir, Tovuz, Gadabay, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Naftalan, Samukh, Ganja, Mingachevir, Ordubad, and Julfa, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
