A meeting was held at the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (ATUC) with representatives of the “Trade Union Tourism” enterprise of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan.
“Elchi” reports that the meeting focused on the measures implemented by the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation regarding the protection of labor rights, the health of members, and the organization of their recreation. The mechanism for issuing vouchers through the “E-AHIK” Electronic Reservation System, as well as the activities of the Confederation’s “Kurort” Tourism Information Center and the Council for Tourism and Excursions, were discussed.
The guests were informed about the activities of the “Kurort” Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) and the work carried out in the areas of reconstruction and digitalization in health and recreation centers.
Kubanıçbek Kanıbekov, General Director of the “Trade Union Tourism” enterprise of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, stated that during the visit, they became closely acquainted with the conditions created in the health and recreation centers of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, the management mechanisms applied, and the services provided, noting that the experience gained was beneficial.
Following this, a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of sanatorium-resort and tourism was signed between the “Kurort” CJSC, a subordinate organization of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, and the “Trade Union Tourism” enterprise of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan.
The memorandum provides for the exchange of experience between the parties, the implementation of joint initiatives in areas of mutual interest, and the expansion of cooperation in the sanatorium-resort and tourism sectors.
