Do not share this information with anyone! – MIA

Cyberfraudsters are trying to obtain confidential information about citizens’ bank cards through fake websites and links, promises of winnings and gifts, as well as other attractive offers.

elchi reports that this was stated by the MIA.

“We once again remind citizens that bank card details, including CVV/CVC and 3D Secure OTP codes sent for transaction confirmation, are confidential and should under no circumstances be shared with other persons. Avoid accessing unknown links, entering card details on websites with questionable reliability, and be wary of suspicious calls, messages, and offers.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs calls on citizens to be careful and vigilant when using internet resources and to protect the security of their bank information.

In case of encountering cyberfraud, immediately contact the MIA’s “102” Service-Call Center or the Ministry’s official social media accounts,” the statement says.
